Clouddnest started with a mess — and two lovable reasons behind it.
It was a rainy Sunday when we walked into a local shelter “just to look.” We had no real plan — just hearts open to possibility. And we walked out with Max, a goofy golden retriever who instantly melted into our laps, and Luna, a quiet, shy rescue with soulful eyes that said, “Please take me home.”
From that moment, everything changed.
Our house filled with joy, wagging tails, muddy paw prints… and fur. On the floors. On the couch. In the air. At first, we didn’t mind. It came with the love. But soon, we were vacuuming daily and lint-rolling everything we owned.
We tried every pet hair solution out there — fancy vacuums, sticky rollers, rubber gloves — and nothing worked the way we needed. Everything was either too bulky, too flimsy, or didn’t pick up the deeper embedded fur.
We needed something that was easy to use, gentle on our backs, and actually worked. That’s when the idea for the Fluff Lift™ was born.
We didn’t set out to start a business. We just wanted to enjoy our dogs and our home — not spend hours cleaning it. So we designed something simple and effective that really lifted the fur out of carpets, rugs, and furniture in just a few swipes. And best of all? No bending or straining to get every corner.
Word started to spread — friends, neighbors, even our vet’s receptionist wanted one. And before we knew it, Clouddnest became more than just a solution for our own mess. It became a way to help thousands of other pet lovers live a little cleaner, a little lighter, and with a lot less stress.
